The YMCA of the USA has hundreds of trainings available virtually and in-person through the LCDC. Unfortunately, these can be difficult to search. In order to make your lives a little easier, we have assembled a list of trainings and their registration links for New Employees, as well as New Supervisors.

New Employee Essentials

These classes comprise the “Leaders Certification” and are designed for all YMCA staff; part-time and full-time and all positions. They were intended to be experienced during a new employee’s first six months of Y employment.
