WELCOME TO THE PA STATE ALLIANCE OF YMCAS
At the Y, we made a promise to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Fulfilling this promise begins with staff and volunteer leaders of all levels, in every YMCA across the country, understanding the promise and their role in fulfilling it. The Pennsylvania State Alliance of YMCAs helps YMCAs across the state connect on issues to expand their reach in their community and beyond.
Training & Leadership
YMCA professionals from across the state came together in 2022 to begin work on a training and leadership program for our Pennsylvania staff and volunteers that would augment the offerings provided by the YMCA of the USA. We rolled out our first training calendar in March of 2023.
